Housing delivery remains one of the most significant challenges facing Dublin and its businesses. While demand for housing continues to grow, many companies across the housing sector face barriers that affect the viability, pace and scale of delivery. Understanding these challenges is critical to informing Dublin Chamber’s advocacy and ensuring that policy decisions support the delivery of the homes and infrastructure that Dublin’s economy and workforce need.
To help inform our engagement with Government, Dublin Chamber invites you to participate in an online roundtable discussion with member companies operating across the housing ecosystem.
The roundtable will take place online at 12pm on Friday, 20 March 2026 and will last approximately 60 minutes. The discussion will centre on the experiences and perspectives of participants and will help shape Dublin Chamber’s policy recommendations on housing.
Participants will be invited to share their views on the following questions:
1. What are the key barriers currently affecting the viability and delivery of housing projects in Dublin and the Greater Dublin Area?
2. What specific budgetary policy, be it taxation measures or incentives would most effectively accelerate housing delivery and improve project viability?
3. What specific capital spending actions should Government prioritise in Budget 2027 to support greater housing supply in Dublin?
