Access to finance remains a significant challenge for many individuals and SMEs looking to start, grow, and scale their businesses. These constraints are increasingly limiting the growth, innovation, and competitiveness of Ireland’s indigenous enterprise sector in particular.
In this context, Dublin Chamber invites you to participate in a roundtable discussion exploring the barriers faced by firms when seeking finance and identifying what policy changes could help unlock greater investment across Ireland’s business ecosystem.
Time:
12:00 PM - 01:00 PM
Venue:
Webinar, Dublin Chamber, . .
The roundtable will take place online at 12pm on Friday, 6th March. The session will last approximately 60 minutes and will centre on the contributions of participants. Each attendee will be asked to briefly speak on the following questions:
Q1. What specific challenges does your business encounter when trying to access finance and how do these barriers affect your ability to invest or grow?
Q2. How effective are current government supports in helping your business to secure finance? In your experience, what limitations or gaps reduce their impact or accessibility?
Q3. What actions should Government consider in future budgets or policy initiatives to make it easier for businesses to secure the capital they need?
