Dublin Chamber is a member of a Government group looking at the issue of remote working. Productivity remains one of its most debated features.
To feed into the work of Government, we are hosting a roundtable discussion online at 12pm on Friday, 7th November. This session will provide an opportunity to share your business’s experiences, insights, and strategies for maintaining and measuring productivity while offering flexibility to your teams.
The session will last approximately 60 minutes, and discussions will be based on your individual input and broadly framed by the following questions:
Q1. Do you feel that employees in your organisation are more productive in the office or when working remotely?
Q2. How is your organisation currently measuring productivity across remote, hybrid, and in-office settings, and what metrics or indicators have proven most meaningful?
Q3. What challenges have managers faced in maintaining team performance and productivity in hybrid or remote environments?
Q4. Do you expect your company’s approach to hybrid and remote working to change over the next year? Why?
Please register your interest in participating by emailing events@dublinchamber.ie. Attendance will be limited, so the remaining participant list will be filled on a first-come first-served basis.
