Event Details

Our popular Women Empower Series is back. Join us on Thursday 16th of October for an inspiring event with a dynamic panel of accomplished female leaders who will share their journeys, insights, and experiences for a more inclusive workplace.

Dublin Chamber in partnership with SIMS IVF are delighted to be joined by Cara O’Leary, CEO, LinkedIn Ireland, Samantha Humphreys, Managing Director, MSD Ireland and Niamh Doran, HR Manager, SIMS IVF.

Key discussion include:

  • Developing and retaining female talent

  • Driving greater female participation at the management and leadership levels

  • Creating more inclusive workplaces

  • Supporting employees navigating fertility challenges

In 2025, women’s hiring into top leadership in Ireland dropped by nearly 25% year-on-year.

One in seven firms report having no women in senior roles at all. At the current pace, parity in senior roles won’t be achieved until 2051.

This event is open to senior male and female leaders. Please share with your D&I and leadership employee groups and help be part of the solution.

Thu 16 Oct 2025
Time:
