Alastair Campbell is a writer, communicator and strategist best known for his role as former British Prime Minister Tony Blair’s spokesman, press secretary and director of communications and strategy. Co-host of one of the leading political podcasts in the UK, The Rest Is Politics, he is still active in politics and campaigns in Britain and overseas, he now splits his time between writing, speaking, broadcasting, charities and consultancy.
Campbell co-founded the all-party campaign, Equality4MentalHealth which was credited with securing an extra £600million for mental health services. He has been Humanitas Visting Professor on media at Cambridge University, and has been honoured by both University College Dublin, Trinity College Dublin and University College Cork for his contribution to the Northern Ireland Peace Process

He has invested in and is director of many early stage and scaling companies and is currently the vice president of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce. Simon Harris TD, Tánaiste and Leader of Fine Gael
Simon Harris TD is the Tánaiste and Leader of Fine Gael. He was elected by Dáil Éireann to the role on 9th April 2024, having previously served as Minister for Further & Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science from 2020 until April 2024, Minister for Health from May 2016 to June 2020, and as Minister of State at the Departments of Finance PER and Taoiseach with Special Responsibility for the OPW, Public Procurement, and International Banking (incl IFSC) from 2014 to 2016. Simon’s involvement in politics began after he established an Autism support and lobby group in County Wicklow to seek to give a voice to people living with Autism and their families and to articulate their concerns and needs. He works tirelessly as a disability advocate and through his work in the disability area he has first-hand meaningful understanding of issues affecting people with disabilities.
Event Host - Mary Rose Burke, CEO, Dublin ChamberPrior to joining the Dublin Chamber, Mary Rose held the position of Director of Corporate, Strategic and International Affairs for Ibec since 2013 having moved from the position of Director of Pharmacy at Boots Ireland which she held for 8 years. Prior to joining Boots Mary Rose worked at the HSE, and previously established and managed her own business. She has also been a council member of Chambers Ireland and the Dublin Chamber of Commerce.
