This half-day workshop focuses on how sustainability shapes customer expectations and how we can respond with clear, confident communication. It’s designed for those in customer-facing roles, including sales, marketing and client/relationship management who are responsible for how their organisation is seen and understood by clients and customers.

Whether you're working with consumers or business clients, being able to speak about your organisation’s approach in a way that is honest, informed and relevant is a key part of building trust. This session will help you understand what customers are looking for, how to reflect that in your messaging, and how to bring sustainability into your value proposition in a way that feels natural and credible.

Attending in person gives you the space to focus, ask questions and learn from others in similar roles. It’s also a chance to step outside your usual environment and connect with people who are facing the same pressures and expectations. These conversations often lead to practical ideas and new ways of thinking that you can bring back to your own work.

Participation is priced at €99 per module for Dublin Chamber members and €330 for non-Chamber members.

This fee includes a one-hour, post-workshop one-on-one advisory consultation per company with an expert advisor from industry leaders Goodbody Clearstream
