We are delighted to be joined by Carolan Lennon, Country Leader, Salesforce Ireland, Jenny Santiago Young, Director, Invest Northern Ireland and Dr Emelina Ellis, Chief Clinical Officer, Spectrum.Life.
The panel will discuss the barriers that exist in attracting, retaining and developing female talent and how to maintain and encourage female participation at management and leadership levels. This event will also concentrate on how companies can build diverse teams and foster cultures of inclusivity in the workplace.

Carolan Lennon, Ireland Country Leader, Salesforce
Carolan Lennon is Country Leader at Salesforce Ireland. She is responsible for leading the company’s 2,500+ workforce in Ireland and also leads the Ireland Sales organisation. Carolan joined Salesforce in July 2022 and was appointed as a Board Member of Salesforce Ireland in May 2023.
Carolan is a leading executive in both technology and business in Ireland, having served as the first female CEO of Eir, one of Ireland’s largest telecommunications companies. She led Eir through a period of rapid growth and has held a number of senior positions in the telecomms, technology and insurance industries, including at Vodafone Ireland. Carolan has a BSc from University College Dublin and an MBA from Trinity College Dublin.
Carolan is a Board member of Flutter and was previously the Senior Independent Director on the AIB board. She is also a proud patron of Special Olympics Ireland and has a passion for promoting corporate sustainability and advocating for equality in the workplace.
Jenny Santiago Young, Director Ireland, Invest Northern Ireland
Jenny has been Director Ireland since 2007 working with a team of trade and investment professionals in Dublin and Belfast dedicated to creating new investment, job creation, export wins and collaborative business relationships across the Island. She has a special interest in financial services in the area of ESG and is a board member in a number of voluntary and charity foundations in Ireland that support awareness opportunities and solutions to address Ireland’s environmental and biodiversity challenges.
Prior to Invest Northern Ireland, Jenny held a number of economic development and international investment roles in developing economies with a special focus on government reform initiatives and the development of reports on government privation programmes across North Africa and South America.
Dr Emelina Ellis, Spectrum.Life
Dr. Emelina Ellis is Chief Clinical Officer in Spectrum.Life. A Chartered Consultant Psychologist with experience in leadership, strategic acumen, and a proven track record in elevating service delivery within the fields of Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), adult, adolescent and children mental health, and neurodiversity. With a commitment to fostering inclusive workplace wellbeing embrace diversity, uphold clinical rigor towards lasting wellbeing.
Drawing from an extensive background in leadership roles. Her dedication to improving access to timely and evidence-based interventions underscores her belief in the transformative power of preventative and timely mental health care. This commitment resonates deeply within their role as Chief Clinical Officer, where she ensures clinical excellence, innovation, and safeguarding are central to every initiative.
Emelina champions an individualised and flexible approach to mental health care, guided by data driven insights that underpin informed decision making and outcome evaluation and fostering environments where all individuals thrive.
With a passion for effecting change on a systemic level, Emelina spearheads initiatives that cater to the unique needs of adults, children, and adolescents. Their collaborative ethos extends to partnering with organisations to cultivate inclusive workplace cultures that prioritise mental wellness as an integral facet of overall health.
As a thought leader, practitioner, and advocate, Emelina is reshaping the mental health landscape by harmonising compassionate care with pragmatic strategies. Her influence radiates through the transformative impact achieved, making mental health support not only accessible but also deeply resonant with the diverse tapestry of human experience.
