Andrew Lynch, Founder & COO, Huckletree
Andrew Lynch is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Huckletree, one of Ireland and the UK’s leading workspace and accelerator providers. With six spaces across London, Manchester, and Dublin, Huckletree’s mission is to bring together fast-growth technology and creative companies to help them start, grow and scale internationally in some of the cities’ most iconic buildings. Having spent time working in the world of private equity and venture capital with J.P Morgan and Cambridge Associates, Andrew traded in his suit and tie to join the co-working sector alongside Huckletree’s CEO Gabriela Hersham in 2015. He runs expansion, operations and corporate strategy, and has won significant investment for the business, raising €10 million investment to date from investors including Meyer Bergman, Concentric and Revolt Ventures. Andrew has several business qualifications, including an MSc in Real Estate Investment from CASS Business School.
Colm Lyon, CEO, Fire
Colm Lyon is one of Europe’s leading payments and fintech entrepreneurs. With a career spanning more than 30 years, Colm has built payment businesses, led change across the industry and supported the wider business community.
Colm was previously the Founder and CEO of Realex Payments, which he led to a position as one of Europe’s largest and most successful online payments businesses. Realex Payments was acquired by Global Payments in March 2015.
Colm was appointed to the UK Finance Payments Products and Services Board in 2018. He has received many awards and held several industry leadership positions, including chairman of the Irish Internet Association, founder of Payments Ireland and co-founder & chairman of the Fintech and Payments Association of Ireland. Colm is an adjunct professor for University College Cork and a member of the International Advisory Board of the Innovation Academy in University College Dublin.
Lisa Marconi, Founder, DesignLed
Lisa Marconi is an interior designer who has spent 8 years running her own design studio with her work featured in press throughout the world. She has been through the AIB Women in Enterprise programme and the Enterprise Ireland backed New Frontiers. She is currently in the process of creating a tech platform that digitises herself! DesignLed is the first product of its kind, globally, that actually digitises the interior design process and enables users to access all the skills and knowledge of an interior designer directly through the platform for free.
