Join companies across Dublin for the Aware 5K Liffey Loop

Mental health organisation Aware is calling on companies throughout Dublin to show their support for mental health at the second annual Aware 5K Liffey Loop, taking place on Thursday, 14^th March. Sponsored by Dublin Port Company, the event will see colleagues from companies throughout the city come together for a fun 5K walk to raise awareness and vital funds for Aware’s services.

The event provides a great opportunity to connect with colleagues outside the office, while supporting their physical and mental wellbeing. All participants will receive an event t-shirt before the walk to wear proudly on the day to show their support and help reduce the stigma around mental health. Refreshments and entertainment will be provided at Dublin Port Company’s historic Pumphouse.

The funds raised from events like the Aware 5K Liffey Loop are vital to maintain Aware’s free mental health support services and ensure that the organisation can always be there for people when they need it most.
