Leading Brand Partnerships See Engage People Clinch Top Accountancy & Finance Award
On November 24th, The Employment and Recruitment Federation (ERF) named Engage People the winner of Best in Practice - Accountancy & Finance at the 2023 ERF awards, held at the Shelbourne Hotel. The award recognises companies that have contributed to the recruitment industry and have been a leader in its Accountancy & Finance fields, whilst maintaining the highest performance and standards.
With staffing shortages and the struggle to attract and retain top talent central to many Ireland-based businesses as well as the Irish economy as a whole, Engage People innovated. They launched co-branded partnerships with some of Ireland’s leading companies. These unique partnerships go beyond traditional recruitment processes by producing co-branded content, specific to the hiring needs of each business. Each client is provided with a branded mini-site within the Engage People website, Irish Times advertisements, video advertisements and branded social posts, resulting in a platform from which to stand out. Having placed over 180 people in small and mid-size enterprises (SMEs) throughout Ireland this year, Engage People enabled their clients to grow significantly during a period of fierce competition for talent with the effective utilisation of technology leading to an average of 22 days to hire for their clients.
