Jiminy.ie is Ireland's eco toystore, making it easy to choose a gift that delights both the child and their planet. They stock hundreds of colourful toys – for all ages from babies through teenagers – with easy ordering here and next-working-day delivery anywhere in Ireland.

You may have seen Jiminy.ie on the Late Late Toy Show, RTE News, the Irish Times 100 Retailers list. And they won the SME category of the Chambers Ireland Sustainable Business Awards, 2022.

Founder Sharon Keilthy was inspired in 2018, after a failed shopping trip for her daughter’s birthday. “90% of toys are made in China from virgin petro-plastic, and I just couldn’t buy that anymore,” she says. “I wanted a gift I could feel good about – but how can we expect people to choose sustainable products, if they’re not available? So I quit my job and started the toystore I wished already existed.”

Since then, Jiminy.ie has retailed over €2 million of climate-kind, minimal-waste toys – made in Europe from natural or recycled materials – with a carbon footprint like protecting 4,500 trees from deforestation.

Most popular for Christmas 2023? “Wooden balance boards, window pencils, incredible giant bubbles, reusable Christmas crackers, and LEGO-compatible bricks made from plants.”
