The ESG landscape is undergoing a transformation, marked by a surge in mandatory disclosures and heightened scrutiny from stakeholders. As the ESG momentum continues to gain traction, the challenge of staying abreast of ever-increasing regulatory and market expectations becomes more pronounced. Boards must take heed, as consumers, investors, employees, and regulators are all calling for action.

The Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) is set to usher in mandatory sustainability reporting standards, commencing in 2024 for public interest entities. By 2028, larger companies and listed SMEs will all fall within the CSRD's purview. This Directive demands a level of in-depth and comprehensive disclosure that surpasses anything seen before.
