This month, Urban Land Institute (ULI) Ireland held a conference entitled ‘The Future of Cities’, the conference attended by 200 delegates incorporated various bodies involved across the development process. Emphasising the importance of increased cooperation and engagement, from policy to implementation, or in ULI’s words ‘strategy to delivery’. The conference looking at the future of cities from a cross-platform engagement aspect, is a concept welcomed by Dublin Chamber.

Marie Hunt, chair of ULI Ireland accredited keynote speaker, Ben Rogers, from the London School of Economics and who spearheads their European Cities Programme, with a thought-provoking speech on planning and managing cities.
