28 September 2023

A lot of change has been made in recent years to support women to progress into leadership roles in the public sector, but there is still work to be done. Barriers remain such as lack of financial support, access to affordable childcare, navigating a male-dominated culture and bias in recruitment and selection procedures.

The Inaugural Public Sector Women in Leadership Summit (Radisson Blu Golden Lane, Tuesday 14th November) is an open forum for key representatives from government and the public sector to discuss how we can overcome these barriers.

Exclusive Early Bird tickets are available now for just €250 + VAT until 14th September, this Thursday before the prices increase.

Plus, if you're a Dublin Chamber member, you can enjoy a 15% discount using the code DC15 at the checkout.
