Asia's premier event on health innovation and investment, the Asia Summit on Global Health (ASGH) 2023, will take place in-person in Hong Kong on 17 May and online on 18 May. ASGH will bring together key stakeholders from around the world to exchange insights, explore opportunities, and collaborate on the diverse and dynamic healthcare sector.

With the theme "Reimagining the Future of Healthcare", ASGH is a one-stop cross-disciplinary platform that aims to create a dialogue on the most pressing issues in the healthcare industry today. The conference will provide attendees with exclusive access to industry thought leaders, policymakers, and experts through plenary sessions, thematic breakout sessions, policy dialogues, and dialogues with global pioneers in health, CEOs, and CFOs.

ASGH is a unique opportunity for business leaders and industry players to network, share knowledge, and explore potential partnerships in the healthcare industry. Attendees can expect to gain valuable insights and intelligence on the prospects and development trends of the global healthcare industry, the shifting healthcare investment landscape in China, climate change and health, breakthroughs and investment landscape in longevity, and much more.

Opportunities for UK-based business include:

  1. Deal-making: Connecting healthcare projects with funding sources through one-to-one meetings. Meetings can be arranged for project owners with investors from venture capital, private equity, family offices, and more.
  2. Exhibition and InnoHealth Showcase: Exhibitors from health I&T companies, R&D institutions, incubation centers, biotech parks, laboratories, investment agencies, and government bodies showcase their latest health innovations and explore business opportunities.
  3. Project Pitching and Presentation: Live project pitching for matchmaking and exposure. Online project presentation videos of exhibiting start-ups will also be available on the ASGH digital platform.
  4. Business of Healthcare Advisory: A dedicated exhibition zone where biotech and healthcare start-ups can seek advice from investors and business advisors on fundraising, R&D partnership, IP Licensing, market access and distribution, and more.
