A new range of Skills to Advance courses is now available for people currently in employment, offering an excellent opportunity for employees to develop practical workplace skills at no cost to the learner.
Four upcoming courses will be delivered through a combination of online and in-person learning:
- Motivating People in the Workplace
Develop practical skills for motivating, engaging and supporting colleagues and teams in the workplace.
- Customer Service
Strengthen customer service and communication skills, with a focus on creating positive customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
- Business Administration
Build essential administration, organisation and workplace skills that can support greater effectiveness and efficiency across a range of business environments.
- Enhancing Productivity with AI
Explore how artificial intelligence can be used in the workplace to save time, streamline everyday tasks and enhance individual and team productivity.
There is no course fee for learners participating in these programmes.
In addition, employers can benefit from support that helps offset the cost associated with releasing staff from work to attend training, helping to neutralise the overall cost to the business while investing in employee development.
These courses are a valuable opportunity for employers to upskill their teams and for employees to gain relevant, practical skills that can be applied directly in the workplace.
