Together for Mental Health at Work

Back to Articles

30 July 2026

The Healthy Workplaces Campaign 2026–2028 is raising awareness of psychosocial risks and promoting healthier, more inclusive workplaces across all sectors.

Excessive workloads, lack of control and poor communication can contribute to stress, anxiety, depression and burnout, affecting both employee wellbeing and organisational performance. The campaign encourages employers, managers, workers and representatives to work together to identify and manage these risks.

Its five priority areas include psychosocial risk assessment, harassment and workplace violence, the connection between physical risks and mental health, challenges in the health and social care sector, and practical support for mental wellbeing at work.

With 29% of EU workers reporting stress, anxiety or depression caused or worsened by work, creating supportive workplaces is more important than ever.

Join the campaign and help make mental health central to every job.
