Dublin-based sustainability design and innovation consultancy Colectivo has expanded its service offering to include B Corp™ advisory, following the completion of B Lab's™ B Corp Consultant training programme by CEO Laura McDermott.

B Corp™ certification, issued by B Lab™ — the nonprofit behind the B Corp movement — is one of the most rigorous standards of social and environmental business performance available to companies worldwide. With the launch of new B Lab™ Standards in 2025 and the move to independent third-party auditing, the certification process has become significantly more structured and demanding.

Colectivo's B Corp advisory service guides SMEs, social enterprises, and family businesses through all stages of the certification journey, from initial eligibility and gap analysis through to audit preparation and implementation. The service draws on Colectivo's existing expertise in human-centred design, behavioural science, and stakeholder engagement to make the process as accessible and embedded as possible.
