Rent a Recruiter, the Irish recruitment-as-a-service company, will host The AI-Ready Workforce, an interactive coffee-morning roundtable for founders and HR leaders, on Wednesday, 21 October 2026, from 11:00am to 12:00pm at the Guinness Enterprise Centre in Dublin.
AI use across hiring is accelerating, and many business leaders are still working out the practical reality: what is actually paying off, which skills now matter, and who can be trusted in a recruitment process increasingly shaped by AI at every stage.
The roundtable has been designed to give founders and HR leaders a space to compare notes on these questions with peers facing the same challenges.
The morning is built around three roundtable discussions:
- AI Agent Adoption in Practice – what other companies are actually doing with AI agents, and where it is working.
- AI-Enabled Hiring Fraud – a look at the growing problem of candidates who present a perfect CV and appear confident on camera, but may not be who they claim to be.
- AI Fluency as a Core Skill – whether AI capability will become something employers assess candidates for when they hire.
Attendees will leave with a Talent Competitor Report (valued at €400), offering a snapshot of how their hiring compares to others in their market.
Each participant will also receive a post-event summary report capturing the key takeaways from every table, along with live data and examples of what companies across Ireland are doing differently.
The session is a small, closed-door event intended for open and candid discussion among peers rather than a lecture-style format. Attendance is complimentary but subject to confirmation, and places are limited.
Founders and HR leaders can reserve a seat via the event page: rentarecruiter.com/ai-ready-workforce-roundtable.
