Immersify, a Dublin-based consultancy helping Irish SMBs grow through strategy, coaching and technology, has joined Dublin Chamber.
Most consultancies start the conversation with software. Immersify starts with the business problem. Its view is that too many SMBs end up overpaying for technology that does not fit: disconnected tools, no customisation, and little training. Teams end up adapting to the software instead of the other way around, which quietly creates duplicated work, inefficiency and frustration.
Immersify was set up to reverse that order. The company combines strategic planning, hands-on coaching and technology implementation, working alongside teams to bring clarity and structure before introducing any system. Strategy shapes the process, and the process shapes which technology gets used, rather than the other way around.
As an official Zoho Authorised Partner, Immersify uses Zoho One as the technology backbone for the businesses it works with, tailored to how each team actually operates. Its approach also aligns with Enterprise Ireland funding programmes, which can give qualifying SMBs access to funding support for the transformation work involved.
The impact shows up in day-to-day operations rather than in the software itself. Irish jewellery company Flaircraft worked with Immersify to move from a set of disconnected tools to a single integrated ERP ecosystem, while display manufacturing SME Macromet used the partnership to put technology and strategy to work together for the first time. In both cases, the real change was a business finally having one clear system everyone could rely on.
Immersify is looking forward to connecting with fellow Dublin Chamber members and contributing to the network's SMB community. Businesses unsure whether their current systems are helping or getting in the way are welcome to start a conversation.
