The Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV) has announced that its Annual European Valuation Conference will take place at Croke Park, Dublin, on Tuesday, 20 October 2026.
Recognised as one of the leading events in the property calendar, the conference will bring together valuers, property professionals and industry experts from Ireland and across Europe to explore this year's theme: Trust, Risk and Opportunity in a Changing Property Market.
The programme will examine the key issues shaping valuation and property markets, including evolving standards, regulatory change, market trends, technology and the growing role of trusted professional advice in an increasingly complex environment.
Broadcaster and business commentator Ivan Yates will return as moderator, leading a thought-provoking day of expert speakers, panel discussions and industry debate.
Running alongside the conference, the Property Expo will showcase the latest products, services and innovations supporting the property profession, while providing valuable networking opportunities for delegates and exhibitors alike.
Open to both IPAV members and non-members, the conference is expected to attract a wide range of professionals with an interest in the future of valuation and the wider property sector.
