The Business Post Sustainable Business Awards 2026, in association with KPMG, will take place on Thursday, 1 October 2026 at The Shelbourne Hotel, Dublin.

Now in their fifth year, the awards celebrate outstanding leadership, innovation and impact in sustainability across Ireland’s business community. They recognise organisations of all sizes that are making meaningful progress in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practice and helping to drive a more sustainable economy and society.

This year’s programme highlights the growing importance of circular economy principles, carbon reduction, renewable energy, low-carbon transport and wider decarbonisation strategies in building greener and more resilient business models.

Past winners have included An Post, Bus Éireann, Bord na Móna and University College Cork. The awards are judged by an independent panel of experts in environmental, social and governance issues.

Entry to the awards is free and open to all businesses based in or operating from Ireland. Winners will be announced at the gala ceremony on Thursday, 1 October 2026 at The Shelbourne Hotel, Dublin 2.
