Rent a Recruiter will host two in-person Hiring Roundtable sessions during Dublin Tech Summit 2026 week, in partnership with The Digital Hub Development Agency and NovaUCD.
These sessions are designed for founders, CEOs, and HR leaders navigating hiring challenges in growing organisations.
As hiring volumes increase, many teams are experiencing a shift in how recruitment operates. Applicant numbers are higher, CV quality appears stronger, and decision-making is becoming more complex. The roundtable format provides an opportunity for attendees to step away from day-to-day delivery and engage in practical discussion with peers facing similar challenges.
Session format: Table Talks
Attendees will join a small group discussion focused on one of the following areas:
- AI in recruitment operations
Exploring where AI is improving efficiency and where it may be introducing additional complexity
- The human in the loop
How organisations are approaching decision-making when candidate quality appears consistently high
- The future of hiring
What is changing in hiring practices and how teams can prepare for what’s ahead
