Prior to joining Connexus Recruit, Ellie co-founded and served as Board Director of TalentHub, an innovative talent solutions consultancy supporting high-growth industries through recruitment, executive search and organisational development strategies. She has also worked extensively with state agencies and foreign direct investment (FDI) organisations, contributing to Ireland’s position as a leading destination for innovation and business growth.
