NOW Group scoops Social Value in Procurement Award at National Procurement Awards in Dublin.
Belfast-based social enterprise NOW Group has been honoured with the Social Value in Procurement Award at the National Procurement Awards in Dublin, standing out as the only social enterprise shortlisted in this year’s competition. The recognition highlights the growing importance of social enterprises in driving meaningful impact and delivering social value through procurement practices across Ireland.
The award acknowledges NOW Group’s pioneering work with Irish Government departments, including the Office of Public Works, Department of Social Protection, Department of Children, Disability and Equality, Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and Department of Justice, on the rollout of the JAM Card for Business, an initiative designed to make workplaces more inclusive and accessible for all.
The NOW Group team was joined on the night by valued partners and supporters: Susan Kelly (Odgers Ireland), Áine Flanagan (Veolia Ireland), Anna-Marie Curran (Procurement Partner, A&L Goodbody LLP), Anthony Burrowes (Social Value Manager, John Sisk & Son Ltd), and Eavan McGrath (Dunnes Stores). Their continued collaboration and support amplify NOW Group’s mission to create social value and inclusion through innovative partnerships.
A special congratulations also goes to Mark Osmer CDir MSc FCIPS, a member of NOW Group, who received the Procurement Leader 2025 Award, a peer-awarded honour recognising his outstanding leadership and commitment to advancing excellence and social value in procurement.
