As Ireland’s only credit union dedicated to the ICT sector, First Tech is delighted with the feedback recently received in our Member Survey as conducted by Amárach.

The survey sought to measure satisfaction levels among our members with respondents indicating a high level of satisfaction with the products and services as provided by the credit union.

Here are some of the key highlights from the survey:

• Overall, members across all demographic profiles are extremely satisfied with their interactions with First Tech Credit Union.
• 89% stated they would choose First Tech for a small loan, 84% for a Car Loan and 79% for a Home Improvement Loan.
• 73% of respondents found the process of applying for membership on the mobile app to be easy.
• 93% are aware that credit unions are regarded by Irish people as the most reputable and trustworthy financial institution, according to Ireland RepTrak 2024.
