M-CO Strengthens Leadership Team as Growth Continues

M-CO, the project management and strategic design consultancy, is delighted to announce three key appointments of Alex Calder, Ciara Greene and Richeal Fox to their leadership team, and the promotions of Angel Cassin and Kate Cunningham to Associate Director, as the company continues its strong growth trajectory in sustainability-led infrastructure and systems transformation across the public sector.
 
Alex Calder returns to M-CO as Communications Director, bringing extensive experience in strategic communications and brand development. Her appointment considerably enhances M-CO's capability to deliver impactful communications for complex public-facing projects.
 
Ciara Greene has been promoted to Director, following her successful leadership of large-scale projects and programmes since joining M-CO in 2019. Ciara has been instrumental in delivering major projects for M-CO’s public sector clients, bringing specialist experience in transformation programmes for capital projects.
 
Richeal Fox has joined as Interim Creative Director, while Eva Sunderland is on maternity leave. With over 20 years of experience shaping distinctive design solutions and a track record of award-winning work, Richeal brings deep expertise in strategic design thinking to M-CO. 

Alex, Ciara, and Richeal join Aisling Ahern, Caoimhín Corrigan, Colleen Savage, Marion Weymes, Ruth Doyle and Simon O'Rafferty on the M-CO leadership team.

Angel Cassin and Kate Cunningham have been promoted to Associate Director, further strengthening the team.

Angel, who has Masters in Health Service Management, has been shaping healthcare transformation with us since 2016, bringing deep expertise in strategic planning to maternity, dementia care, children's health, and disability services projects for the Health Service Executive.
 
Kate, with an MLitt in Managing in the Creative Industries, has a deeply creative approach to stakeholder engagement and project management that has been central to delivering projects for Creative Ireland, Waterways Ireland, and The Arts Council.
