Diversity Demands Action: NOW Group Ignites the ‘S’ in ESG across Ireland.

Business and ESG leaders from across Ireland came together at Flutter HQ, Dublin, on Wednesday for a high-impact ESG Masterclass hosted by NOW Group.

The Dublin event was the second in a growing series of ESG events run by NOW Group, a multi-award-winning social enterprise supporting people with intellectual disabilities or neurodivergence conditions into jobs with a future. Sponsored by Flutter Entertainment, the event placed a bold focus on the often overlooked ‘S’ within Environmental, Social, and Governance strategies.

With strong representation from leading organisations including Accenture, Aer Lingus, Deloitte, UCD, GAA, and An Post, the message was clear – Irish businesses are ready to lead on inclusion.
