Beyond Business Travel Has Appointed Mark Eaglesham as Senior Client Success Manager
UK-based TMC Beyond Business Travel has appointed Mark Eaglesham as senior client success manager.
The company, which has offices in Belfast and Dublin, said in a statement that Eaglesham has worked in travel for more than 20 years. His career has included positions at George Best Belfast City Airport, Qantas and British Airways.
In his new role at Beyond Business Travel, Belfast-based Eaglesham will have responsibility for “maintaining client satisfaction and retention, analysing performance metrics and serving as the key liaison for clients”.
Beyond Business Travel was acquired by The Human Network in 2024 but has retained its name. Prior to its acquisition, Beyond Business Travel was ranked as the UK’s 41st largest TMC in BTN Europe’s 2024 Leading TMCs report, with £16.1 million in sales in 2023.
