Denise Fitzgerald, Wealth Management Director, Goodbody
Biography
Denise is an experienced Chief Executive and Non-executive Director, working as a Director in Goodbody Wealth Management.
Prior to joining Goodbody, Denise spent 13 years as CEO of Temple Street Foundation, 4 years with the newly merged Childrens Health Foundation as well as spending 10 years in Bank of Ireland.
Denise has particular interest and passion for developing strong Governance and strategies for charities and is a Director with LIFT Ireland. She has been a member on Dublin Chamber Policy Council since 2016, serving on the Labour Task Force.
Election Statement
As a member of the Council, I am asking for your vote, as I believe we need to prioritise policies which will deliver a thriving and sustainable Dublin to support our communities.
Promote Dublin Chamber and support our ambitions to make Dublin a city where key social infrastructure, such as housing and transport, is a priority.
I want to improve the sense of community in Dublin by supporting vibrant business connections and thriving neighbourhoods advocating for policies to ensure Dublin can continue to be a great place to live and work.
Having run an SME and charity for over 17 years, I know first-hand the challenges and issues facing smaller businesses. As a member of the Council, I will use my experience and network to support our members with growth ambitions, ensuring that effective structures are in place to encourage a culture which strongly supports entrepreneurs and businesses.
