Meet our Keynote Speaker Fergal Keane

Renowned for his powerful storytelling and decades of reporting from the world's front lines,  fergal has built a remarkable career covering some of the most significant global events of our time. He has won numerous awards for his reports from the world’s trouble spots over the past four decades. He was the BBC’s correspondent in Northern Ireland, Asia and Africa as well as a peripatetic reporter following conflict around the globe, and has won a BAFTA, an EMMY and the George Orwell Prize for political literature for his eyewitness account of the Rwandan genocide.

Combining his experiences across the globe with his Irish upbringing in Dublin and Cork,  Fergal will share powerful insights and personal reflections for what promises to be an enjoyable evening and one of the highlights of the Dublin Chamber calendar.
