Letters of Credit

Dublin Chamber of Commerce has formed an agreement with Dublin based Export-Edge to provide export specialist services. These include a fully outsourced service for processing of Letters of Credit and Export Collections, consultancy and training in Letters of Credit, Customs and VAT Compliance, Dangerous Goods Regulations and other export-related matters.

Austin Rutledge is the Managing Director of Export Edge, who run internationally accredited, Professional Diploma programmes and Certificate Courses within International Trade, Finance, Logistics and Dangerous Goods compliance areas.  Austin has also initiated e-Learning product developments, which have been successfully licensed to many thousands of personnel within international banks and multinational trading groups globally.  His company’s syndicate partners include the International Chamber of Commerce (Paris) and Deutsche Bank (London), plus educational partners within eight European countries.
