Registering for Dublin Chamber Documentation Service

In order to avail of our export documentation services we need you to complete an indemnity form and submit this together with sample signatures of the authorised signatories in your company. See the links on the right for information on the indemnity form and authorised signatories. Non-member companies will also have to supply a copy of their Certificate of Incorporation or Certificate of Registration of their Business Name.

Requirements for issuing an ATA Carnet

1. The completed application form that is supplied by the chamber.
2. An itemised list of goods being carried abroad.
3. A bank guarantee (see guarantee wording) or a bank draft, which is calculated at a set percentage, based on the kind of goods being carried and where those goods are going.
4. The sufficient issuing fee.
