Brite:Bill was founded in 2010 by Alan Coleman and transformed the way that service providers present and manage billing communications with their customers. Brite:Bill’s technology turns the customer bill into a customer-centric engagement channel, cutting service provider costs around inbound inquiries and providing an opportunity to promote new services. Brite:Bill achieved international recognition being named as a “Cool Vendor” by Gartner in 2014, and winning contracts with multiple Tier 1 North American CSP’s including Rogers, Sprint and Comcast. Brite:Bill had raised c. EUR 5m in equity prior to its sale to Amdoc’s in 2016 for a reported EUR 80m.
